Twinele.

About Twinele

A marketplace built around how far away things are. Twinele connects buyers, sellers and riders in Bangladesh, and ranks what you see by what can actually reach you.

The idea

Most marketplaces show you everything and work out delivery afterwards. Twinele starts from the other end: you set where you are, and the shops that can get something to you come first. A seller two streets away should not be buried under a warehouse in another district.

That applies to the whole catalogue, not a “nearby” shelf bolted onto the side. Search, category pages and the map all work from the same radius.

Three sides, one account

The same account can buy, sell and deliver. You switch between buying and selling without signing out, and nothing is kept in a second app.

  • Buyers search by what they want and where they are, and see the distance and arrival estimate before they order.
  • Sellers list products, set a pickup point and manage orders from a dashboard. Every listing is reviewed by a person before it goes live.
  • Riders get jobs broadcast to them by proximity, widening outward until someone takes it, and confirm hand-over with a photo.

How sellers are ranked

A seller’s level is graded from completed orders and their average buyer rating together — not from what they pay us. Plans cap how many products a shop may list; they do not buy position in search.

We take no commission on a seller’s sales. More on selling.

Where we are

Twinele is built for Bangladesh — taka, bKash and Nagad, Bangla and English, and distances that make sense in a Dhaka neighbourhood rather than a suburb.

We are early. Some of what you will read on this site describes things still being built, and where that is true the page says so rather than implying otherwise.
