Seller Guidelines

Nothing goes live unread. An admin approves or rejects each listing, and a rejection comes with a reason you can read on the listing itself. Fix it and submit again — there is no limit on resubmissions.

• Your own photos of the actual item. Up to 3. A manufacturer’s stock image is the commonest reason a listing is sent back.
• A title that says what it is — brand, model, size. Put the words a buyer would search for near the front.
• A description that answers the obvious. What is in the box, what is not, size, material, shelf life.
• Honest stock counts on each variation. Accepting an order you cannot fill is worse than not listing it.
• Up to 10 tags, which is how search finds you. Tag what it is, not what you wish it were.

• Stock or borrowed photos, or photos of a different item.
• Anything you cannot legally sell, or that is not yours to sell.
• Counterfeits, or a brand name on something that is not that brand.
• A price that does not match what you will actually charge.
• Discounts above 90%, which the form will not accept anyway.
• Contact details in the listing to take the sale off Twinele.

Accepting an order is a commitment to fulfil it. Reject early rather than late if you cannot — the buyer gets the reason, and the order ends cleanly. Repeated rejections are recorded and affect your standing.

You are paid within 3 business days of a delivery completing, which means after the buyer has confirmed they have it.

Graded from completed orders and your average buyer rating, both at once. It cannot be bought, and it is recomputed as your figures change — so it can go down as well as up.

Top Rated products appear first in search, then Level 2, then Level 1.

Plans cap how many products you may publish and buy nothing else — no commission at any tier, and no effect on search position or level.
