- Your account. Name or shop name, username, email address, phone number, password (stored hashed, never in readable form), your profile photo, and which of buyer, seller and rider you are.
- Where things go. The delivery address on an order and the seller’s pickup point, each as coordinates and a written address. This is what makes radius search and delivery work.
- Your orders. What was bought, from whom, for how much, how it was paid for, who delivered it and when, and the proof-of-delivery photo taken at hand-over.
- Selling and delivering. Shop details, product listings, ratings and reviews, payout method details (account numbers are stored masked), and earnings.
- Identity documents, for sellers and riders only — see below.
- How you use the site. Searches, product views and clicks, which feed the seller statistics and what we show you.
- Messages between buyers, sellers and riders about an order.

What we collect
Identity verification
Sellers and riders verify their identity through Didit, an outside provider. Your document and selfie are handled by them; we receive the outcome and a reference, not a copy of the document itself. This is to stop people trading or taking delivery jobs under a false name.
Who sees what
- Buyers see a seller’s shop name, photo, level, ratings and approximate area — not their full address.
- A seller sees the buyer’s name and the delivery address, because something has to be delivered to it.
- A rider sees the pickup and delivery addresses and both phone numbers, for the order they are carrying.
- Your email address, your password and your payout details are never shown to another user.
Who we share it with
Our hosting and database provider, our identity verification provider, the payment and payout providers when those are connected, and the email and push notification services that carry our messages to you. We do not sell your personal information — see your privacy choices.
We will hand over data where the law requires it, and we will tell you when we are allowed to.
What you can ask for
- A copy of what we hold about you.
- A correction — most of it you can change yourself in account settings.
- Deletion of your account. Order records we are required to keep for accounting or dispute purposes survive it, with your name removed where we can.
- To stop hearing from us. Notification preferences are per channel and per kind, and are honoured centrally rather than per feature.
Write to sales@twinele.com and we will answer.
How long we keep it
Your account and its contents for as long as the account is open. Order and payment records for as long as accounting and dispute resolution require after that. Searches and view counts are aggregated over time.
Children
Twinele is not for people who are not old enough to enter a contract where they live.
