Twinele ranks what you see by how far it is from you, so it asks for a delivery address first. Allow location and it fills in both stops at once; type an address instead if you prefer.
The search starts tight and widens on its own until it finds shops — you never get an empty page because nothing happened to be within half a kilometre.

That is the whole list. Pay cash at the door if you prefer, and nothing is taken before the seller accepts.
Your order reaches the seller as a request. They accept or reject it, and you are told either way. A rejection costs you nothing and the order ends there.
Once accepted, the job is offered to riders near the shop, widening outward until someone takes it. From there you can see where your order is.
Your rider photographs the hand-over. You confirm you have it, and only then is the seller paid. That last step is the whole point: until you say so, the money has not moved.
