- Your NID, for identity verification. Every rider is verified before taking a job — buyers are handing you their parcels and their cash.
- A phone that can share its location, so jobs near you can find you and buyers can follow their order.
- bKash, Nagad or a bank account to be paid into.

What is expected once you start
- Take the jobs you accept. Declining costs nothing, but abandoning an accepted one leaves a buyer waiting.
- Photograph the hand-over. That photo is what closes the job and gets you paid.
- Deposit cash within 24 hours. Money collected on a cash-on-delivery order is Twinele’s until you hand it in, and holding it beyond the window suspends your account.
- Keep your location on while you are online, so jobs reach you and buyers can see where their order is.
