Terms of Service

You need an account, a verified email address and a verified phone number. Sellers and riders complete identity verification before they can trade or take jobs. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

One person, one account. The same account can buy, sell and deliver; you do not need separate ones.

• Placing an order sends a request to the seller. The seller accepts or rejects it, and nothing is charged before they accept.
• Prices, shipping and any service charge are shown in full before you confirm. The total you agree to is the total that applies.
• You can cancel while an order is still waiting on the seller. Once it has been accepted and collected, cancellation depends on where it has got to.
• On delivery you confirm receipt. Only then does the order complete and the seller get paid.

• Every product is reviewed by a Twinele admin before it goes live. We can refuse a listing, ask for changes, or take one down.
• You are responsible for what you sell: that it exists, that it is described accurately, that it is legal to sell, and that it is yours to sell.
• Twinele takes no commission on your sales. A subscription plan caps how many products you may publish; it buys nothing else.
• Accepting an order is a commitment to fulfil it. Rejections are recorded and repeated rejection affects your standing.
• Your seller level is graded from completed orders and buyer ratings. It cannot be bought.

• Riders are independent, not employees. You choose which jobs to take.
• Cash collected on a COD order is Twinele’s until you deposit it. Holding it beyond the deposit window suspends your account.
• Hand-over is confirmed with a photo at the point of delivery.

Prices are in Bangladeshi taka. Cash on delivery is settled with the rider at the door. Card and mobile wallet payment is not connected yet, and no page on this site can charge you until it is.

Twinele is the marketplace, not the seller. We do not manufacture, own or inspect what is sold here. A contract of sale is between the buyer and the seller; we run the platform, review listings, move the money and handle disputes.

We can suspend or close an account for fraud, for selling what is not allowed, for repeatedly failing to fulfil orders, for abuse of other users, or for holding money that is not yours. Where we can, we will tell you why.
